A new week begins. I suggest we make out a couple of hours if its not already done to plan for the week ahead. Planning not in our minds but written down in a to do list. How did you score on job completion last week?
Is there room for improvements? Planning helps us get along fine on Monday so billable hours are spent on marketing i.e getting more clients or on implementation.
Remember to send updates/reports to your client same day after Court or after a meeting. It goes to client satisfaction and improved service delivery which in turn brings more custom. Wishing all of us a lucrative week ahead.
