It is with a deep sense of sympathy that I write on behalf of the entire staff of our Firm, my family and I, to commiserate with you and the entire NBA-Jos branch over the painful demise of Mr. Samuel Odeh, our beloved Colleague and friend.
I am concerned with the increasing level of health challenges Nigerian lawyers are facing at the moment. Lawyers now lose their lives due to poor health management and lack of modern medical facilities across the country I want to use this opportunity to call on all lawyers to always embark upon regular medical check-up and give their health the attention it deserves .
The NBA under my watch shall work towards the signing of an MOU between the NBA and Nigerian Medical Association, NMA as part of means geared towards establishing a proper plan for regular medical check-up and well-being of lawyers.
I condole with the Jos Bar, friends and family of our deceased colleague, Mr. Samuel Odeh. May the Almighty God, grant all of us the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
